Library presents Sept. 8 program on the Latino vote 

The Civic Center Library is presenting a program Thursday, Sept. 8, on “The Latino Vote and the Anti-Immigration Movement in 2016 Nationally.” Professor Lisa Magana from ASU’s School of Transborder Studies will lead the forum. Learn about the wide range of traditional and nontraditional political players that have both supported and opposed the decade-long wave of immigration proposals.
